Excellent stay, great value

My room had sufficient space. I found the bed comfortable. Staff assisted me well during check-in. I appreciate the 24/7 reception services. The location allowed quick access to the city. The hotel provided a quiet environment, so I slept well.
The parking cost was an unexpected expense, charging €35. I had to pay that fee to park my vehicle in the local garage. Next time, I would seek alternative parking options.

helpful staffmediocre bathroomcheck-in delay
the staff were very helpful , and the location was close to the main center.
despite the check-in time , i arrived and the room was not ready. i had to wait at the bar , and there was no explanation for the delay. the bathroom was mediocre , and only one soap was provided.

delayed check-incold room
The check-in was at 2:00 pm. i arrived at 3:00 pm, but the room was not ready. i had to wait at the bar without explanation. the room was freezing. The radiator valve needed adjusting manually, which i wasn't told. even after getting a heater, the room stayed cold. It was frustrating, i felt.
